E-mail Your Document to Print, With New HP Feature
HP showing off the newest features, Eprint. This feature allows users to print the desired documents via email.
This world’s first feature allows users to print documents virtually anywhere. Users simply attach the desired data, including Words, Excel and PowerPoint, PDF and image, into an email.
Once an email is sent, then the data will be entered into the HP server and proceed to a printer that is connected and the internet.
“Users do not need to worry, because once the data is stored data is printed, data is automatically erased,”
If, an interruption occurs, such as power failure, the internet dropped out, then the printing will be delayed until the printer is ready to print. Through this feature, the printer has its own email address and a user can simply send an email to the address via a PC, smartphone, or tablets.
Capacity emails can be sent which is equal to 5 MB or about 10 e-mail attachments. In addition, users also can set up anyone who could use this printer. All of this can be arranged here.
“For if a very important document, the print can be done via the flash,”
At the same time, HP released its newest product HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fn which also has this feature.
